Texonica is a performance-marketing agency running Google Ads, Meta, and Bing campaigns for \~30 ecommerce and lead-gen clients across 8 EU markets. Our tracking stack is server-side GTM on Stape, GA4, Meta Pixel CAPI, Google Ads with Enhanced Conversions, Bing UET, and Consent Mode v2 across the major CMPs. We're adding \\one contractor\\ to own tracking end-to-end: new-client setups, ongoing monitoring, 48h SLA fixes, and the everyday data-plumbing that keeps it all connected. ## Compensation (transparent up front) - \\$250 per new client setup\\ (scoped spec, \~2-week delivery window) - \\$60/month retainer per client\\ you oversee (monitoring 48h SLA fixes small iterations) - At current portfolio that's \\\~$1,700/mo recurring, for part-time work\\ 1--2 setup fees/mo - As we onboard new clients this \\grows toward \~$3,500/mo\* - Paid via Wise, monthly, no invoicing friction The per-project number is modest by design: the spec is tight, the blueprint repeats, and the value is the \recurring stack across many similar setups\\ --- not one big engagement. ## What you'll actually do - \\New client builds:\\ GTM web sGTM on Stape GA4 Meta CAPI Google Ads Enhanced Conversions Bing UET Consent Mode v2, on Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom landing pages - \\Platforms \& forms:\\ comfortable working inside \\WordPress (WooCommerce)\\ and \\Shopify\\, and wiring up the \\forms\\ that drive lead-gen --- whether a plugin like \\Contact Form 7\\, \\Meta lead forms\\, or a hosted one like \\HubSpot\\ --- capturing their submissions cleanly into the data flow - \\Data plumbing (daily bread):\\ send data via \\webhooks → Make / Zapier\\ into Google Sheets and back out to ad platforms; write \\simple GTM scripts\\ (e.g. capture URL params like GCLID/FBCLID into first-party cookies, inject into forms) --- the everyday "stitch these data sources together" work - \\Lead-gen flows:\\ GCLID/FBCLID capture → cookie → CRM/Sheet → offline conversion import - \\Monitoring fixes:\\ spot issues before the client does, resolve within 48h - Use \\AI well\\ (Claude / ChatGPT) for scripting and debugging --- and verify its output before it touches a client ## Requirements (must-have) 1. Real \\server-side GTM / Stape\\ experience --- not just installing pixels through the GTM UI 2. \\WordPress/WooCommerce Shopify\\, comfortable with on-page \\forms\\ (Contact Form 7, Meta lead forms, HubSpot), \\webhooks Make/Zapier → Google Sheets\\, and basic \\GTM Custom JS\\ (cookie/URL-param handling) --- you can stitch data sources together comfortably 3. \\Meta Pixel CAPI\\ with deduplication, and \\Consent Mode v2\\ for EU clients 4. \\CET overlap\\ at least 4h/day for sync questions 5.
