Job Summary:

Reliability Engineering Department is looking for a new member to join the team responsible for supporting development and maintenance of next generation 4G LTE and 5G telecom products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, create, maintain telecom node environment test systems• Integrate and debug test software and hardware• Work on test system performance and stability improvements• Support volume production with test system troubleshooting & support teammates automating and increasing efficiency of daily tasks• Build knowledge base around node environment testing for supporting internal and external stakeholders

Key Qualifications:

• Have at least a bachelor’s degree in engineering field and 2+ years experience in a software development role or similar• Can independently create code for data processing and other practical engineering applications• Have well-developed problem analysis, debugging and solving skills• Understand networking principles• Have an analytical mindset and proactive “hands-on” attitude• Excellent spoken and written English• Have excellent communication skills• Are eager to take initiative and ready for international communication

Additional Requirements:

• Experience working with telecommunications equipment and with automated test equipment or production test systems• Product design experience (hardware and/or embedded software)• Experience with software revision control tools• Understanding of electronics production and repair processes• Estonian and/or Russian language
